I will never ever forget this day ever in my life. I was in 9th grade and my dad gifted me a cell phone (nokia N75) at that time it was like a biggest gift I every received from my dad. My dad warned me not to use phone all the time, only for limited time but I was using it every time as I use to get tempted by the phone. Once I was alone in my home and suddenly my dad came inside by using his keys and I got scared at that time my mother gave me some studies to do and I was playing on my phone and I felt that my dad is coming running towards my room and I hided my phone in my school bag and at the next moment my dad came in and my hand was still in the bag. I ignored rather I acted as I dint knew any one came and acted as I m studding and dad said “Omkar? R u really studding” and again I acted as I am scared and said “ohh dad when did u came anyways don’t disturb me I am studding ”my dad laughed and went in the drawing room and I relaxed and actually started studding after sometime mom also came home and gave me call for dinner and then I went to my dining table and we had a talk about my studies after having my dinner I went to sleep. Then as usual I woke up late and I went running to school with out packing my bags with only couple of books and I somehow reached my school but I was a bit late. My favorite miss (she was not my favorite in my 9th grade but then afterwards she did become ) Meghna miss . she was in my class as she was my class teacher. I was still standing near the entrance of my class and I had ask my teacher 5 times “Miss can I come in?” but she ignored me all the 5 times and finally after some 10-20 minutes she granted me the permission. When I came in she gave me a big lecture on how to be punctual etc blab blab blab . at that time I ignored it but it all was for my good only. Then I went to my place and sat. I enjoyed the first 3 periods and something very big happened.They were he most catastrophic seconds of my life guess what happened? My phone rang. Remember last night my dad came and I hided my cell my school bag and the next day I went to school. Ohh I forgot to remove my cell from the bag. My phone was ringing and I had no other option to put my hand in the bag and press some button and shut it down and I did the same every one in my class were like asking each other “some ones phone range na?” and I got scared as such it was my first time to bring my cell in school after the recess every one came to know about my secret of my phone. Every one luckily co operated with me. Somehow the day ended but then I got the confidence to bring cell to school and started to bring it every day. I then crossed the limits of braking rules I then started bring two phones with me In my school. As it is said “diwali roj naho hoti hai” but in my case it was every day and finally my diwali was over.
It was Friday and like everyday I took my cell phones to school but this time my day was not lucky as it was every day. Today I got the good news that our class teacher is absent and I got overjoyed and removed my both the cell phones and started to play the music every one grooved and danced but suddenly a miss came in our class. No other option to site on the phones to reduce the volume of the music. The full class stood up and said good morning to the unknown teacher. The all 49 students stood up except I. teacher asked me the reason for not standing and what a lame excuse I gave “teacher what can I tell you now come here” she came near me and I whispered in her ears “miss my pant is tore. If I stand then I ll be insulted so please” teacher said its okay!! But where is this music coming from and I said “music which music? Miss please I request you please go from here I m feeling embarrassing” and then the teacher went finally I switched off my both then after sometime the teacher went as the period was over. Then in my 7th period that is P.T period I was playing down and the teacher whom I fooled came on the ground. I don’t know which teacher was she but her English was very bad. Then she caught me and said “show show show me your pant.” And I said “miss I am younger to you” she replied “shut up!! Where is your pant tore haan telling lies” i said “maam I stitched it with my hands” then she started arguing with me and we both were talking at the same time and she said a killer dialogue ohh fish I have never ever heard such thing in my entire life. She said “you speak I listen, I speak you listen we both speak nothing happen” I said what. Then she converted the line into Marathi and then I understood what she was saying. She told me that she will take me to principal sir. I asked her “why only because I dint show up my pant or because I dint get up?” she dint reply me anything and just went from there. Well now it was 10th period the last period and the we saw something very bad. Our class teacher is present and she was coming towards our class but unfortunately I was on last bench playing games on my cell and she came. She was very strict about changing places. I got scared and I left my both the phones there and came on my original place. I some how managed to take my cells back and when I was going she caught me saying “omkar give me your cell phones” i said “yes miss wait I ll give you. I kept my bags down and said that they are in toilet” so miss allowed me and I ran from there I ran and ran and ran and reached near Gaurav sweets and namkeen. A place were more the 70% of vvhs population is found and I was talking to my friends aditya parab and suddenly someone caught my hand and WTF it was meghna miss she caught me and took me to principle sir luckily sir was busy with some trusties so he said me “omkar give your phone to the teacher like a good boy” and he said to miss that “don’t worry he ll give you” and I told miss that “yes miss check my bag there no cell they are in toilet” at that time aditya was with me and I winked at him and said that “dude run and take my phone and go” he ran but not near the toilet but he went near the gate. My teacher handed me to those big body grads of principle sir and even there was 1 P.T sir with them they took me to the toilet and told me to search. What can I search now? For two three minutes I was loitering in the toilet and then I started to cry rather I acted to cry and I thought that I was successful but I wasn’t sir told me to remove my pant. I felt why they want to see my pant shit they even told me to remove it. I had no other option and they checked me. But the phones were in my bag and my bag was still down
I told them that I gave it to one boy and I think He has stole them and I cried and cried (acted) sir said me that “okay omkar dear now you go. You have got the punishment of bring your phone to school go” and I ran from there I even took my bad from the cabin and ran from there I check my both phones they were safe. Now after coming some miles away from school I sat on a chair. And this how I saved myself and my phones too.
